1. I was walking by this lady at the unemployment building years ago. Soon as I passed her I felt something slam into my back. I turned and she had thrown a stack of magazines and books at me and proceeded to swear up a storm and squared up on me. I walked away and as I was passing some custodians I let them know about the crazy lady throwing stuff. They said “ oh yeah that lady is crazy!” then turned and walked the other way. Every once in a while I think of that situation and how easily it could have been a kitchen knife. The lady gave no clues that she was not stable.

   The elderly gentleman did not look like he was in full possession of his mental faculties. I am sure you know what racism feels like. That short clip looked like a crazy old man. The full story is probably different and bespeaks more of racism. Stay safe and in this current health atmosphere I hope you sanitized everything affected well. I’m sorry you had to go through that it makes it worse because it’s your neighbor.

   • I am having the Cantonese he speaks translated. I hope the person follows through. If you know anyone who can translate his words, cool. Then we will know more. I think old people take advantage of the fact that they won’t be punished to be as evil as they want. I mean this type of old person and not everyone. The old expression is true, there’s no fool like an old fool
